A black cat missing since April 1 from Weston, Missouri finally found his way home. Shortly after Hal went missing, a neighbor confessed to trapping and removing him. According to the neighbor, he left Hal near a highway intersection in St. Joseph because the cat was one of a few ID-less pets wandering through his yard. Hal will now be kept indoors and may be micro-chipped to be sure.
