Feline Lifeline

A generous man is making a world of difference to the owners of seriously injured cats. Timothy Meeker runs the Feline Veterinary Emergency Assistance Program (FVEAP), a non-profit that helps cat owners with their pet-care medical bills. The organization rarely covers the total cost, but pledges a portion of available funds to those in need. Funding comes from donations and through an eBay store.
