How to Bathe Your Cat

If you think you must bathe your cat, planning ahead can save you both unnecessary stress. Laying out all the material ahead of time, for example, can eliminate the awkwardness of you trying to hold a scrambling kitty while opening the shampoo bottle. Trimming the cat's claws ahead of time is also a good tip. This article looks at one person's experience in cat bathing. It also includes a video of the WRONG way to bathe a cat - unprepared, with skin exposed and without claw trimming. Remember: It is scarier for the cat than it is for you. Bathe responsibly.
