A California man wants you to know anything is possible. To prove his point, he trained a rat to sit on a cat, while the cat sits on a dog. The dog does most the work, it seems, as the trio travels down a sidewalk. The spectacle can currently be seen on the streets of Santa Barbara but the man says he plans to take their act on the road.
