Feather vs. Fur


Cape May in New Jersey is a town known for its beautiful scenery. Some residents argue that an integral part of the whimsical decor is the town's colony of feral cats. But an endangered shore bird may take precedent according to U.S. Fish and Wildlife. Cape May is also a prime bird-watching spot in North America, and a declining piping plover population holds the wayward felines as prime suspects. What decision will the city council make?
